GOVERNING LAW AND CONSUMER RIGHTS Your order will be processed in accordance with the laws of Queensland, Australia. These Terms and Conditions, and any contract formed when you place an order through this website, are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia, and you and Cadore Active submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland, Australia. Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy that you may have under the Australian Consumer Law (Schedule 2 of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth)) or any other applicable law that cannot lawfully be excluded, restricted or modified. Under the Australian Consumer Law, our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and to compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure. If you are purchasing from outside Australia, you may also have rights under the mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence. Nothing in these Terms limits those rights. 3. ORDERS AND PRICING All prices are shown in Australian Dollars (AUD) unless otherwise stated and include GST where applicable. Your order is an offer to purchase; a contract is formed only when we send you an order confirmation. We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order and refund you in full, including where a product is unavailable or a price or description error has occurred. 4. PAYMENT Payments are processed securely by our payment provider. The descriptor shown on your card or bank statement will identify Cadore Active. We do not store full card details on our servers. 5. DELIVERY, RETURNS AND REFUNDS Delivery timeframes and costs are set out in our Shipping Policy. Returns, exchanges and refunds are handled in accordance with our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms and does not limit your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. 6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY All content on this website, including text, images, logos and designs, is owned by or licensed to Cadore Active and may not be reproduced without our written permission. 7. LIABILITY To the maximum extent permitted by law, and subject to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, our total liability to you in connection with any product or these Terms is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant product. 8.
